Parenting can be so fun and rewarding, right?

but parts of the job can be very challenging.

one of the most challenging times is at the end of the day,

when everybody’s tired.

And that’s when bedtime has to happen..

EVERY. NIGHT.

If you find that bedtime causes anxiety, or feelings of frustration in your house, I’d love to connect with you!

Let me help you create a few bedtime basics that are easy, fun and rewarding. Let’s get those kids to sleep and create space for you to unwind in your own way before tomorrow starts.

Send me an email, (link below) or jump on a chat in the Messenger block and tell me what’s up. Let me help you streamline your bedtime.

For your continued reading pleasure, (if you have the time!) here’s a bit about my own journey:

I’m a parent, step-parent, grandma, prechool teacher and nationally board certified massage therapist. I combine my bodywork, mindfulness and relaxation skills with my playful nature and love for children and parents. I write bedtime stories and meditations. I offer coaching, classes and I share resources with parents that make relaxation and sleep come easier at the end of the day, and honestly, can benefit parents at any moment of the day, even if it’s not bedtime!

  • I started step-parenting at the age of 22! My partner (now my husband of 25 years!) came with an 11 yr old son and a 7 yr old daughter.

  • Luckily, my degree was in Child and Family Studies so… naturally, I had a lot of parenting information to spout! (That didn’t always go well with Pete, my husband!)

  • I launched into the world of infant-toddler daycare opening my my own child care center called Magical Child Family Daycare. My goal was to create a welcoming and supportive place for babies, toddlers, and their parents. For 6 years , it was the best teacher on the subjects of:

    • Every. Family. System. Is. Different.

    • Every. Child. Is. Unique.

    • Every. Parent. Comes. Into. Parenting. With. Different. Strengths. And. Challenges.

  • In 2006, I became a massage therapist. My practice kept me busy for 12 years. It turns out that I value supporting adults (much like I support kids) to help their bodies and minds learn.

  • But I was never too busy to find children. I continued to nanny for children of all ages, volunteered at local preschools, schools and events for kids, and spent as much time as possible with my family.

  • Today, I live in Colorado, as an empty nester, who fills her days with preschoolers, massage clients, and you!
